Our cancellation policy is to help you meet your situations where you need to cancel the confirmed orders, for reasons beyond your control. While we appreciate & would love to serve you, we ensure the contract doesn’t bind you back during the need of the hour. We ensured a fair policy for cancellations & refunds to serve you.
Our cancellation policy is as below:
If you cancel an approved order for Photography services.
While our intention is not to penalise customer for the unfortunate decision beyond their control, they also need to realise our resources are planned & blocked against their order, which has an opportunity cost on us & hence this policy.
We encourage our customers to plan for re-scheduling of the events, as maybe possible based on case-to-case basis. This would help both the parties minimise the financial burden. Our re-scheduling charges are based on availability of allocated resources. We have a fair policy of 10% order value as re-scheduling charges charged against original order value.
Refunds on digital downloads & products ordered.
oneglint takes all due care to make sure our customer satisfaction is on highest priority, however in extreme cases, we appreciate customer decision to refund the product purchased due to reasons of shipping damages, wrong shipments or for the printing related concerns.
You may note that the responsibility of oneglint in such cases would be limited to replacement as per the order details & no cash refunds are entertained.
